Admissions

We look forward to schooling the students from all area parishes, our military families serving at Vance Air Force Base, and students from the wider community of Enid and Garfield County

Age:

• Children must be 3 years of age on or before September 1st for admission into Preschool 3. Students ability for independent toileting is a primary consideration for school readiness

• Children must be 4 years of age on or before September 1st for admission into Pre-Kindergarten

• Children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st for admission into Kindergarten

Documentation requirements for first-time enrollees:

• The child’s birth certificate

• An up-to-date and complete immunization record

• If Catholic: baptism, reconciliation, and first communion certificates

• If transferring from another school, complete permanent records

Basic enrollment requirements:

• St. Joseph Catholic School assesses new students to determine academic and behavioral capacity for grade level readiness

• All student services request are requested at the time of enrollment, our team will assess each request for potential development of a Student Services Plan (SSP), with in our ability to reasonably provide sufficient academic supports.
